Where should you place your wedding bar? (and why it matters)

Your bar is more than just a drink station. It becomes a social hub.

Poor placement can create bottlenecks. Smart placement improves the entire guest experience.

1. Avoid Entrances

If your bar is near the entrance, lines can block access and create congestion.

2. Keep It Visible, But Not Central

Your bar should be easy to find but not dominate the room. Side placement works best.

3. Add High-Top Tables Nearby

Guests naturally gather after grabbing drinks. Adding high-top tables encourages mingling without crowding dinner tables.

4. Consider Line Flow

Allow at least 6–8 feet in front of the bar for queuing space.

Why Couples Love Live Edge Bars

They add warmth and character while functioning as a statement piece. A well-placed bar elevates both style and flow.
