One of the most common questions we hear is: “How many tables do we actually need?”
The answer depends on guest count, table size, and layout preferences.
Standard Seating Guide
Banquet Style Setup → seats 6 guests Individual Tables → seats 8 guests
For comfort, always allow a little breathing room between guests.
Example guest count
Banquet Style Setup
80 guests → 14 tables
100 guests → 17 tables
160 guests → 27 tables
Individual Style Setup
80 guests → 10 tables
100 guests → 13 tables
160 guests → 20 tables
We always recommend reserving one extra table if possible. It gives flexibility if guest numbers shift slightly.
